Jem has loved surfing since the age of 9, growing up on the Carribbean island of Barbados, and more recently has been exploring the surf of Madagascar, the Maldives and South America as research into OMX destinations.

MARKIE IS THE HEAD SHAPER/ DIRECTOR OF BEACHBEAT AND CORD SURFBOARDS, OWNS ONE OF THE VERY FEW CNC CUTTING MACHINES IN THE UK. HE ALSO RUNS AGGIE SURF SHOP ALONG SIDE HIS MOTHER, A FAMILY BUSINESS THEY HAVE OWNED SINCE THE 70S. IN HIS FREE TIME HE IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE QUIETEST PLACE TO GET BARRELLED.

Globally renowned for his ability on a longboard, Ben’s career as a world-class surfer now spans nearly two decades. As an established shaper and highly respected waterman, Ben’s laid-back approach and friendly nature have gained him admiration from fellow competitors and industry veterans alike.

Lucy is English Woman's surfing champion (/all-round frother) and is currently competing on the World Qualifying Series. Although she loves surfing at home In England nothing makes her happier than to be exploring new places, surfing new waves and pushing her surfing.
MAX BRUNEAU
Max Bruneau is a full time mountain enthusiast. He has been living in Le Grand Massif in France for 10 years now, on and off with some traveling in Canada, New Zealand and Japan. Max is current customer experience co-ordinateur at Santa Cruz cycles. He's always looking for the best conditions for skiing, biking, or even flying.
Vincent CHANEL
born in 1976 Originally from Haute Savoie in the French Alps, Vincent had the chance and the privilege to make his first turns at the age of 3 years. Passionate about sliding sports, he spent all his childhood skiing and surfing the slopes of the Grand Massif. Since 2006, vincent lives and teaches on the Grand Massif, which remains one of the most beautiful ski areas for him.
